You can manage your subscription, update your details, and track orders all from your KURK account portal.
Find the account portal
Visit the KURK website for your region:
- UK: kurk.life
- AU: kurk.au
- US: kurk.us
Click "Account" in the top navigation.
Sign in
Enter the email address you used when placing your order. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your email and access your account.
Cannot access your account?
- Check the email address. It must match the one used at checkout.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If you still cannot get in, get in touch at talk@kurk.life and we will help you sort it.
Once logged in
You can:
- Manage your subscription (skip, pause, change frequency, change flavour)
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Track recent orders
- Apply or redeem store credit
