Cancel or Change Your Order

Changes Before Shipping

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to help with:

  • Address changes — Send us your order number and the corrected address.
  • Size or colour changes — Let us know the order number and what you'd like to change to.
  • Cancellations — We can cancel and fully refund unfulfilled orders.
  • Adding items — Unfortunately we can't add items to an existing order. You'll need to place a separate order.

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer modify it. You'll need to wait for delivery and then start a return or exchange through our Return Portal.

How to Request a Change

Email us at orders@kansuworks.com with your order number and what you'd like to change. We process orders quickly so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we can make the change before it ships.

Didn't Receive an Order Confirmation?

If you paid but didn't get a confirmation email, this usually happens when checking out with Apple Pay — it sometimes doesn't capture your email address. Don't worry, your order still went through. Email us at orders@kansuworks.com and we'll confirm your order and add your email to the account.
