How to Return or Exchange an Item

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 get an extended 30-day return window.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Go to our Return Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  4. Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different size or colour.
  5. Follow the instructions to print your return label and ship your item back.

Costs

  • Exchanges: No restocking fee. You only pay the return shipping.
  • Refunds: A £2.50 restocking fee is deducted from your refund. You also pay the return shipping.
  • Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs in all regions.

Items That Can't Be Returned

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards
  • Socks
  • Sale / final-discount items

Exchanges — What to Expect

Once you submit an exchange through the portal, your new item will be shipped when your original item arrives back at our UK return hub. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we'll issue store credit so you can reorder when it's available.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and approved. It may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
