International Returns Overview
International customers can return items through our Return Portal, just like UK customers. However, there are a few important differences to be aware of.
Return Shipping & Duties
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international postage. You are also responsible for any duties or customs charges on the return shipment back to our UK hub.
Note: While we ship all orders DDP (so you don't pay customs on delivery), return shipments are the customer's responsibility for customs and duties. Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges for international orders. Instead:
- Start a return through the Return Portal and select "refund."
- Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received at our UK hub. Allow additional time for international shipping and bank processing.
