My Parcel Says "Delivered" But I Haven’t Received It – What Should I Do?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry—this can happen occasionally, and there are several steps you can take to help locate it: ✅ First and Most Important: Check the Tracking Page Visit your tracking page as soon as possible. Couriers often leave parcels in a safe place or hand them to someone else in the property, such as a housemate or neighbour. Most couriers now provide photo proof of delivery showing exactly where the parcel was left—this is usually visible on the tracking page in the help section. This can be incredibly helpful in locating your item. 🔍 Check Surrounding Areas Have a good look around your property. Parcels are sometimes tucked behind bins, under outdoor furniture, behind planters, or other discreet locations to keep them safe. 🗣️ Ask Housemates or Neighbours If you live with others or have nearby neighbours, check if someone accepted the parcel on your behalf. It’s common for couriers to leave items with someone to ensure secure delivery. 📞 Contact Your Courier If you’ve checked the above and still can’t locate your parcel, it’s a good idea to contact Your Courier directly to lodge an inquiry. They can often provide additional delivery details. 💬 Reach Out to Us You’re also more than welcome to contact us at support@justcalendars.com.au. We’re happy to assist, though please note that investigations through us may take a little longer than going directly to the courier.
