No worries! All of our bracelets and necklaces and other jewelry have a 45-day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 45 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, go to returns@setapartsupply.com and we will help you through the return/exchange process.
Three exceptions:

We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.

We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
If it is a personalized item, like custom engraving, we can get it to you as quickly as we can. This item is Extremely easy to replace and can only be replaced one time within a 45 day warranty period.
If it is a Ascender Drinkware Cup. These Cups actually come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and can only be replaced 2 times a year. Once you have used up your allowance per year, you have to wait one whole year from time of 2nd Warrantied out cup to be able to get it replaced. Please have picture and how cup was damaged when going through the warranty process.
