All Grow Gang fixtures: the Adjustable Floor Lamp, the Stelo Clip-on, and the Enna ceiling pendant, use a standard E27 screw fitting.
This means both the E27 versions of the Pianta 18W and the Pianta 30W bulbs are fully compatible with every Grow Gang fixture. You can mix and match depending on your setup and the light needs of your plants.

Important: If you're buying a bulb to use with a Grow Gang fixture, make sure you select the E27 screw fit version. The B22 bayonet version is designed for use in your own B22 lamps and won't fit Grow Gang fixtures.
