FAQ
What mobile devices are supported? Android devices version 8.0 or later with a Type-C port, length from 110 to 179 mm according to the official manual. The official explanation page adds that the port should be approximately in the middle of the edge, device thickness 12 mm or less without a case, 10 mm or less with a 1 mm or less case, camera bump 3 mm or less, with support for PD 2.0 charging.
Does it work with a phone case? It works with a thin case 1 mm thick or less.
Does it have a battery? No, it is a wired controller powered directly by the phone and does not need charging.
The indicator flashes slowly and does not connect. Ensure physical connection is complete and remove the phone case, then enable the "Direct Connection" feature in phone settings (common on Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, and iQOO devices), then enable USB Debugging in phone settings.
Pass-through charging is not working with my phone. Enable "Direct Connection" in phone settings, change the order of connecting the charging cable to the controller, use a charger that supports PD fast charging (max 9V/3A), or replace the cable. If this does not work, the device likely does not support the standard. The controller accepts a max input of 9V/3A.
Does it have analog triggers? Yes, Hall Effect analog triggers with accuracy up to 0.1 mm.
Does it have back buttons? Yes, two back buttons set directly from the controller without software, accepting A, B, X, Y, LB, RB, LT, RT, stick clicks, and D-pad. Mapping stick clicks or D-pad requires the firmware update page in the app.
What games are supported? All Android games supporting controllers, including Diablo Immortal, Shadowgun Legends, Minecraft, Fortnite, Dead Trigger 2, and Asphalt 9.
What is the latency? Direct connection via the port provides zero latency according to the official source.
Does it support wired headphones with a 3.5mm jack? No; Bluetooth headphones and wireless headsets are supported.
Firmware update stopped in the middle. The official explanation page states that app version 4.4.6 is likely to complete the update via the link provided there, and advises not to update if the controller works normally.
Can the phone be charged during play? Yes, but on some Android devices only, not all, according to the official manual.
