responsible for lost or delayed packages. However, if FlutterFlyers made an error in shipping we will take full
responsibility.
2. Resolution: We are committed to assisting you in resolving the issue. If your order is lost or incorrectly delivered
during the shipping process, we will promptly reship your order at our expense.
3. Refunds: If FlutterFlyers made an error in shipping your order we will promptly refund you the cost of the shipment.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued for lost orders or if the shipping address provided to us was incorrect.
