Category: Enode Pro portal
The Portal is the web side of Enode Pro, at portal.enode.ai: planning, roster management and analysis from any browser. This article covers signing in, how the navigation is organised, what the Dashboard is telling you, and the guided tours.
Signing in
Sign-in works the same way as the app: passwordless, with a one-time code.
- Open The Portal in a browser.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Type in the one-time code from your inbox. It submits itself on the last digit.
If you are already signed in, opening The Portal skips the welcome screen and goes straight to your Dashboard. If you are sent back to the sign-in screen, your session expired; sign in again and you will land where you were headed.
Who can sign in. Enode Pro users get full access, shaped by role. Registration in The Portal itself creates Pro organisation accounts.
The sidebar
Everything hangs off the sidebar on the left, organised into three groups that match how coaching work actually flows.
| Group | Pages | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace | Dashboard, Live Hub, Planner, Devices | The day to day: what happened, what is planned, what is broadcasting, which devices are signed in |
| Manage | Users, Exercises, Workouts, Tags | Your building blocks: the roster, the exercise library, workout templates, and the tags that organise them |
| Analyze | Insights, Profiles, History | Completed training turned into charts, athlete profiles and searchable history |
The small icons at the bottom are your tools. Your avatar opens your profile, the bell shows notifications, the Import menu holds roster upload and data migration, the export button builds data exports, and the gear opens settings.
On a phone or tablet the sidebar slides in over the page and closes when you pick a destination. On a desktop it stays put and can be collapsed to icons.

Why your sidebar might look different. The Portal shows each person what their role allows, and entries you cannot use simply do not appear. A coach and an account owner can see different sidebars on the same account. See Roles, plans and what each person can see.
Reading your Dashboard
The Dashboard is the landing page, and it answers one question: what has happened across my athletes lately?
The time range menu at the top switches the whole page between the last 3 days, the last week, which is the default, and the last month. The subtitle always shows the exact dates in view.
Four stat cards summarise the range, each with a trend arrow comparing it to the previous period of the same length, green for up and red for down.
- Athletes: active out of total, for example 12/20, shown when your role includes athlete management.
- Completed sessions in the range.
- Total volume: total working-set volume load, switching to tonnes at 10,000 kg and above.
- Sets completed.
A trend arrow is a comparison rather than a verdict. Total volume being down in a de-load week is the plan working.

Below the cards sit your top exercises, sortable by sessions, volume or sets, your most active athletes, and a table of every completed session in the range, each opening into its details.
An empty range says so and offers to plan a session. If the page cannot load at all, a connection card explains whether the problem is your connection or ours, with a retry.
Guided tours
The first time you open the main portal pages, a short spotlight tour walks you through them. The screen dims, the tour highlights one real element at a time, and a card explains it. The first-login welcome tour covers the Dashboard and the sidebar, and other pages including the Planner, Users, Devices and Tags have their own short tours.
Tours run once per surface, and completion is stored on your account rather than the device, so a tour you finish at work stays finished at home. Skip all tours on any step silences the whole system. Some drawers also include a How it works walkthrough, an illustrated explainer for flows like roster import and migration, which opens on demand from inside the drawer.
To restart them, open Settings from the gear in the sidebar footer and find Product tours. The Show tours toggle re-arms every tour when switched on. That is useful when a new coach takes over a shared account.
