Recording and reviewing set video

Category: Enode Pro training

Enode Pro can record a video clip for any set and keep it aligned with the sensor data, frame for frame. Scrub the chart and the footage follows; play the footage and the chart's crosshair follows back. Bar path over real video is the fastest technique conversation you can have with an athlete.

Recording a clip

  1. With a sensor connected, tap the camera button in the tracking view. The camera preview opens with the live rep feedback drawn over it.
  2. Before the first rep, you can switch between front and back camera, and choose the fast shutter option for crisper frames on quick bar movements.
  3. Train the set. When it completes, the clip is trimmed automatically to the working reps plus a couple of seconds of context, so nobody scrolls through dead time.

Saving a set never waits for video processing; the session keeps moving while the clip finishes in the background. One station at a time can hold the camera.

Reviewing

  • In the session: the clip pins above the technique charts and loops the rep you have selected. Tap for full screen.
  • Full-screen set review: the video runs above a timeline of the set's reps, with the technique charts tracking the playhead and markers on the best reps. Arrows step through the exercise's other recorded sets. On a phone, the layout goes edge to edge with a filmstrip.

Caption: Video and sensor data stay locked together, so scrubbing one moves the other.

Storage

Clips upload after their session does, and the local file is only removed once upload is confirmed. Settings → Video storage shows your cloud video usage and lets you clear it. Deleting a set deletes its clip.
