You can exchange eligible items within 30 days of fulfillment of your order. Write to our Concierge Team at concierge@diamo.co to start.
We provide exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, once per sale. After the first exchange, the exchange option for that sale is used up. You may upgrade your piece with a top-up; discounts cannot be applied to the added value during an exchange.
For exchanges, you cover return shipping, and we cover shipping the new piece to you. Any made-to-order exchange begins once we receive your returned item.
One exchange per order. Gift cards issued during an exchange are not stackable with any other running promotions.
