Diamo provides exchanges for the same item in a different size or color once per sale. After the first exchange, the exchange policy for that sale becomes void. You may choose to upgrade your item with a top-up. Discounts cannot be applied to additional items during exchanges. One exchange per order. Please note that any made-to-order exchange items will be initiated once the return has been received.
