What is your returns policy

We want you to love your ring. If it's not quite right, we've got you covered.

Diamo provides a 14-day return window starting from the day your item gets fulfilled*. we will make it as easy as possible, just write to us at concierge@diamo.co to receive your free return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items:

  • Returned items must have original tags preserved and attached to the item.

  • Returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging.

  • Returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in original condition.

  • Returned items must be accompanied  by original packaging, collaterals and certificate.

  • Items that are poorly packaged and damaged due to mishandling cannot be refunded.

  • Products returned without a tag or with a visibly damaged tag will not be eligible for a refund.

Diamo accepts returns for in-stock as well as made-to-order items. Contact us within 14 days to initiate a return.

We monitor return transactions to identify any potential misuse and reserve the right to decline returns if we find, at our discretion, that our return policy has been abused.

For products not eligible for free shipping not, shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Depending on your credit card, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing.

*The fulfillment date refers to the day the order is shipped. Since shipping takes an average of 1-5 days, you effectively have at least 10 days to submit a return. Please keep this in mind in case you’re traveling or something else (we know life happens)!
