What is your exchange policy
You can exchange any eligible gold within 30 days of fulfillment of your order. Write to our Concierge Team.
Diamo provides exchanges for the same item in a different size or color once per sale. After the first exchange, the
exchange policy for that sale becomes void. You may choose to upgrade your item with a top-up. Discounts cannot be
applied to additional items during exchanges. One exchange per order. Please note that any made-to-order exchange items
will be initiated once the return has been received.
Gift cards emitted during the exchange process are not stackable with any other running promotions
