What items can't be returned?
For safety and quality reasons, we can't accept returns on consumable products once they've been delivered. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or integrity.
This includes:

Tinctures (Liquid Chill)

Bath products and candles

Sleep masks and other hygiene items
Also non-returnable:

Promotional bundles purchased at a discount

Gift cards
Chill Pill devices (the original Chill Pill and Chill Pill Plus) CAN be returned within 60 days if they're in good condition with original packaging.
