What Can't Be Returned
For safety and quality reasons, we can't accept returns on consumable items once they've been delivered.
Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or integrity. This includes supplements, tinctures, bath products, candles, and hygiene items like sleep masks. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain our commitment to quality and safety.
Promotional bundles purchased at a discount are also final sale.

How Refunds Work
You'll receive a refund for the price of the item. Please note that original shipping costs and any taxes paid are non-refundable. You'll also be responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return: Email us at hello@chillpillshop.com within 60 days of receiving your order, and we'll send you return instructions and authorization.
Items sent back without prior contact cannot be processed or refunded, as we need your order details to issue refunds properly.
