What if my order arrives damaged or my Chill Pill doesn't seem to work?
Can't feel the pulse? This happens all the time, it just means your hands are too dry. The electrical pulse needs moisture to conduct properly. Add a drop of water or lotion and you'll feel it right away. Just make sure the silver circle is face down on your palm and try a few different spots.
