I Received the Wrong Size – What Should I Do?

If you believe you received the wrong size, we’re here to help! To verify the issue and determine if you’re eligible for a free replacement, we follow the standard verification process required by our production partners. 📸 Clear photos of the garment with measurements are required, as per our fulfillment guidelines. 📏 How to Measure and Submit Sizing Verification: ✅ Step 1: Lay the garment flat Place it on a flat, hard surface such as a table or clean floor. Smooth out wrinkles, but do not stretch the fabric. ✅ Step 2: Measure the garment Use a soft measuring tape and take the following key measurements: - Chest Width: Measure straight across the front, from armpit to armpit, about 1 inch below the sleeve seam. - Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the bottom hem. - Sleeve Length (if applicable): From the top shoulder seam down to the sleeve cuff. ✅ Step 3: Take full-view photos - Use natural lighting (avoid dark or blurry images) - Capture the entire garment and visible tape measure in a top-down angle - Photos must be high-resolution, clear, and unedited 📧 Submit your verification to: support@camohq.com Please include: - Your order number - A brief description of the issue - Full-view photos of the measurements 🔍 What happens next?
