Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from damage, odors, or alterations.
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or use.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account at www.camohq.com using the email you used at checkout.
Navigate to your Order History and select the item you wish to return.
Click “Request Return”, include your reason, and ad any notes if needed.
Wait for our team to review and approve your request.
Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
Refund & Return Label Policy
If the return is due to a product defect or order error, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement.
If the return is not due to a defect, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
No Exchanges – Sizing Support
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer a 50% discount code for a corrected replacement item (or a similar product). If the error was on our end, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
