Your first order may have included an introductory discount, a special bundle price, or free shipping that doesn't carry over to renewals. Renewals are charged at the standard subscription rate for the plan you chose at checkout.
So while your renewal keeps your subscriber pricing, it may look different from the promotional rate on your very first order.
If your renewal amount still doesn't look right, send us your order number at help@getamalahealth.com and we'll be glad to review it with you. If you'd like, we can also adjust your plan or cancel future renewals.
