If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as you can. We process orders quickly so they reach you on time, which means once an order is placed we may not be able to change the items, quantity, or add or remove products before it ships. Letting us know as early as possible gives us the best chance to help.
If we're able to reach your order before it enters processing, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If it has already been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be modified, but you're welcome to return any item you no longer want once it arrives, in line with our Returns Policy, for a refund on that item.
Please note that promotional bundles are priced as a set, so removing an item may affect the bundle pricing. We'll always explain how this works for your specific order.
