How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you need to end your Velvra subscription, you can do so quickly through the online customer portal. Follow these six simple steps to cancel your plan: Step 1: Visit the Subscription Page Open your web browser and navigate to the official Velvra management page: https://tryvelvra.com/pages/manage-subscription. Step 2: Access the Portal Scroll down and select the portal based on when you first placed your order: Step 3: Provide Your Email You will be prompted to identify your account. Before June 14, 2026: Enter the email address that you used when you originally signed up for the subscription. After June 14, 2026: Enter the email address you used when you originally signed up for the subscription and your first Order ID. If you do not have a copy of your Order ID, select Order ID and our system will search for it for you. Step 4: Verify Your Identity For security purposes, Velvra will send a one-time password (OTP) to your inbox. Check your email, retrieve the verification code, and enter it into the field on the website. Step 5: Navigate to Your Subscriptions Before June 14, 2026: Once you are logged into the portal, look at the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the My subscriptions tab to view your active plans. After June 14, 2026: Once you are logged into the portal, look at the menu on top of the screen and select Subscriptions to view your active plans. Step 6: Confirm Cancellation Before June 14, 2026: Locate the subscription you wish to end. Look for the option that says Cancel subscription and, click it and follow any final prompts to confirm your cancellation. After June 14, 2026: Locate the subscription you wish to end. Look for the Cancel option on the right side of the page and select on it to cancel. Note: Before June 14, 2026: If you only need to pause your subscription, contact our Customer Support Team and they'll do it for you. After June 14, 2026: You can pause your subscription on the same page.

How to Resume Your Subscription

If you’ve paused or accidentally cancelled your subscription and are ready to jump back in, it's easy to pick up right where you left off. Note: This is only applicable to subscriptions paused or recently cancelled before June 14, 2026. If it's been more than a month since you cancelled, you can resubscribe here. (Refer here if you prefer a walkthrough video!) Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription: Step 1: Visit the Management Page Go to the Velvra subscription portal at https://tryvelvra.com/pages/manage-subscription. Step 2: Access Management Tools Click on the Manage Subscription button located on the main landing page. Step 3: Identify Your Account Enter the email address associated with your previous subscription. This ensures the system pulls up your existing (but currently inactive) profile. Step 4: Secure Login Check your email for a verification code sent by the system. Enter this code on the website to securely access your account dashboard. Step 5: Locate Your Subscriptions Once logged in, navigate to the My subscriptions tab found on the left-hand pane of the dashboard. Step 6: Select Resume Subscription Find your inactive subscription in the list. Instead of the cancellation option, look for the Resume subscription button. Click this to reactivate your plan and restore your benefits immediately. Tip: Double-check your payment method under the Payment methods tab before resuming to ensure your billing information is still up to date!
