TAC Leather & Fur LLC Return & Refund Policy TAC Leather & Fur LLC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with high-quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms: 1. Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return: - The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. - A receipt or proof of purchase is required. - Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear. Initiating a Return To start a return: 1. Contact us at support@weartac.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. 3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@weartac.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. 3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including: - Custom or personalized products (special orders, made-to-order, or monogrammed items). - Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants). - Personal care items (beauty products, hygiene items). - Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases). - Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable). The best way to get what you need is to: 1. Return the original item by following our return process. 2. Place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted. 5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason—no justification needed. To qualify, the item must be: - In its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging). - Accompanied by proof of purchase. 6. Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. - If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. - Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable. - If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@weartac.com. 7. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities Prepaid Shipping (U.S. Domestic Orders) - We provide prepaid return shipping labels for orders within the USA. - If you choose to use your own shipping provider, you must provide tracking information. International Returns - Customers outside the USA are responsible for return shipping costs. - Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be deducted from the refund. 8. Right to Decline Returns TAC Leather & Fur LLC reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of: - Foul play, misuse, or fraudulent activity. - Returned items that do not match the original order. - Failure to follow our return process. 9. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution - Customers must first attempt to resolve any disputes through our customer service before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. - Chargebacks made without prior communication may be contested. 10.
