You can easily initate a return by following these steps:

Go to self-service accounts

Click on "Request return" on the order you would like to return an item for.

Select reason for return. If the size was too small or size was too large option is chosen our team will follow up to see if you would like to exchange the order.

Submit return by clicking on "Request return" button
