Return processing typically takes between 3-10 business days once received (depending on the current workload of our warehouse). Once your return is received and inspected, as long as it's been approved, then your refund will be applied to the original payment method.
Our platform won't update you when your return has been delivered to us, though you're welcome to check-in at any time, as we'll be happy to provide you with an estimation! If you've shipped your return back with your own return label, please provide us with a tracking number, thank you.
