📦 What Qualifies for a Refund or Replacement?

You’re eligible if you received:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong item, size, or design

📸 What You Need to Do:

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please:

  • Take clear photos of the item showing the damage/defect/wrong item

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Once verified, send the item back to us (we’ll arrange pickup or you can ship it)

⚠️ Please note: The refund or replacement will only be processed after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

🚚 Return Process Options:

1. We Arrange a Pickup

We’ll schedule a pickup from your address at no extra cost for issues due to damage, defects, or wrong items.

2. Return It Yourself

If preferred, you can return the item via courier to:

💳 Refund & Replacement Timeline:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll verify and process your refund or replacement within 48 hours

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a TrendFusion Gift Card

  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
