🚚 Usual Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived within this time frame, here’s what you can do:

✅ Things to Check First:

  • Tracking Details: Check your SMS or email for the tracking link sent after dispatch. Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder too.

  • Nearby Delivery Attempt: Sometimes, couriers deliver to a nearby address or leave the package with a neighbor or security. Please check with them before raising a concern.

  • Delivery Status: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, it could be a mistaken scan or early update from the courier.

⏳ Refund or Replacement Policy

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you still haven’t received your package, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement after this window due to courier claim limitations.

💳 Refund Details:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (UPI, Card, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as a TrendFusion Gift Card, which you can use on your next purchase

⏱️ Refund Timeline:

  • We’ll process your refund within 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)
