Nearby Delivery Attempt: Sometimes, couriers deliver to a nearby address or leave the package with a neighbor or security. Please check with them before raising a concern.

Delivery Status: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, it could be a mistaken scan or early update from the courier.
⏳ Refund or Replacement Policy
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you still haven’t received your package, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement after this window due to courier claim limitations.
