I can’t log into my account.

✅ Common Things to Double-Check

  • Password: If you’re unsure, reset it using the “Forgot your password?” link on the Login Page.

  • Caps Lock: Double-check your keyboard—passwords are case-sensitive.

  • Social Login (if used): If you originally created your account using a Google or other social login option, be sure to log in the same way.


🔄 If You See “No Account Found”

This usually means:

  • You may have checked out as a guest and never created an account

  • Your account wasn’t confirmed or set up properly

👉 If that’s the case, you can always create a new account with the same email you used for checkout. Your order history won’t appear automatically, but you’ll be able to log in going forward.
