🔑 How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Account Page

  2. Click “Forgot your password?”

  3. Enter the email address you used to create your account

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email

  5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

📧 Didn’t Get the Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder—sometimes the email lands there

  • Make sure you entered the correct email tied to your Neat account

  • If you still don’t see it, contact us via the chat widget (bottom-right corner) or email support@neatapparel.com and we’ll help reset it for you
