here's what you can do:
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide
us with your order number, a description of the damage, and if possible, photos of the damaged item.
Faulty Product
If your item becomes faulty within the warranty period, reach out to our customer service team with your order number
and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps, which may involve troubleshooting, replacement
parts, or a product exchange.
