What is the delivery time? - 24H delivery (pre-verified): already inspected, shipped within 24 hours - Marketplace delivery: average 1–10 business days Why does marketplace delivery take longer? Because the product is first sent to Mentastore for an authenticity and condition check. Can I cancel my order? - Within 6 hours of purchase: free of charge - After 6 hours: €15 cancellation fee - Refusing delivery at the door: €15 fee Cancellation is only valid after confirmation from Mentastore. When is the purchase agreement binding? The purchase agreement is established as soon as a shipping label has been created. Until that point, Mentastore may cancel an order in case of errors, failed inspections, or payment issues.
