Can I cancel?
- Within 6 hours of purchase: free of charge
- After 6 hours: €15 cancellation fee
- Refusing delivery at the door: €15 fee
Cancellation is only valid after confirmation from Mentastore.
Can I modify my order? Sometimes. This depends on the status of your order. Send us your order number and what you'd like to change as soon as possible.
When is modification/cancellation usually no longer possible?
- With 24H delivery: processing starts almost immediately
- If the order is already being packed or shipped
Marketplace delivery (1–10 business days) Changes may still be possible as long as the order has not yet been processed.
When is the purchase agreement binding? As soon as a shipping label has been created. Until that point, Mentastore may cancel an order in case of errors, failed inspections, or payment issues.
