Orders That Arrive in Stages & Collecting Remaining Items

How Maltashopper handles orders that arrive in stages — collecting what's ready yourself, and how your delivery is booked once your order is complete.

Orders That Arrive in Stages & Collecting Remaining Items

Sometimes the items in a single order arrive at our Malta warehouse at different times — for example when they come from different suppliers or stock locations, or when some items need to be sourced from IKEA's Piacenza logistics centre. Here's how it works.

Your Delivery: One Delivery Once Your Order Is Complete

If you've chosen delivery, we deliver your order once it's complete — once all your live items have arrived at our warehouse. You book your delivery date yourself from your order tracking link, and that single delivery completes your order.

Discontinued or unavailable items don't hold up your booking — they're set aside so they can't block it.

Want Some Items Sooner? Collect What's Ready

You don't have to wait for the whole order. As soon as you receive an Order Update confirming that some of your items have arrived, you're welcome to collect those items free of charge during our opening hours — then have the rest delivered once your order is complete (or collect those too when they arrive).

Where to collect:

📍 IKEA, Bricocenter & White Stone products → Mqabba warehouse — Ta' Għadajma, l/o Mqabba (near ST Microelectronics), Malta

📍 CASA products → Santa Venera — 162 Triq il-Kanun, Santa Venera, Malta

Booking Delivery of Your Order

When your order is complete, you'll be able to select a delivery date from your order tracking link. If you're not sure whether your remaining items are in yet, check your tracking link or get in touch and we'll check the latest consignment status for you.
