Delivery Times by Supplier

Delivery timeframes depend on where your items are sourced from. Here's what to expect:

IKEA (Catania Warehouse)
5–14 business days
These are in-stock items at the nearest IKEA store in Sicily.

IKEA (Piacenza/Central Warehouse)
3–5 weeks
Items not available in Catania are ordered from IKEA's central distribution centre in northern Italy.

CASA
CASA items are in stock in Malta and may be collected during our Santa Venera opening hours.

Bricocenter
3–5 weeks
Bricocenter products are sourced from Siracusa, Sicily.

What Affects Delivery Time?

  • Stock availability – If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll wait for it before shipping

  • Order consolidation – We wait for all your items to arrive before your order is ready to deliver, so they go out together in one delivery

  • Bad weather and ship overbooking.

  • Delivery scheduling – Once your order is complete, you book your preferred delivery date from your tracking link

Booking Your Delivery

Once all the live items in your order have arrived at our Malta warehouse, you'll be able to book your delivery date from your order tracking link — that delivery completes your order. If you'd like some items sooner, you can collect what's already arrived from our warehouse (partial collection) and book delivery for the rest once everything is in.
