If one of my IKEA items must be sourced from Piacenza, can I get the rest sooner?

Yes — here's how it works.

Your delivery is booked once your order is complete: once all the live items in your order have arrived at our Malta warehouse, you book your delivery date from your tracking link, and that single delivery completes your order. So if one item has to come from Piacenza (which can take up to 5 weeks), your delivery booking stays locked until that item arrives.

Don't want to wait? Collect what's ready

If you'd like your already-arrived items sooner, you're welcome to collect them from our Mqabba warehouse, free of charge, without waiting for the Piacenza item (this is called partial collection). You can collect the items that are in now, and then have the remaining item delivered once it arrives — or simply collect that too when it's ready.

This is the best option if you need the bulk of your order quickly while a single slow item is still on its way.
