What is your return policy?

Return Policy – 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we offer a 100-day return policy, giving you peace of mind if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied. You have 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, even if it’s simply because you no longer want the item. Change of Mind Returns To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be: - In the same condition you received it - Unworn or unused - In its original packaging If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost). Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right. - We do not impose any deadlines to report damages or faults, as each case is assessed individually. - If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. - We will cover the return postage for any item deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted. Order Cancellation Order cancellations are not always possible once your order enters the fulfillment stage. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, please treat each order as final to avoid disappointment. Return to Sender Policy Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If you choose to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

The product will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Payment: Payment is required at the time of the pre-order. Your credit card will be charged when you place the order. Shipping: Pre-ordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate, and while we do our best to meet these dates, there can sometimes be minor delays. Order Updates: We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped or if there are any changes to the estimated shipping date. We will also send you reminders about your pre-order(s) Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team. Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the entire order once all of those items are in our warehouse.
