How do I use my store credits at checkout?

To apply credits:

  1. Sign in to your Italic account

  2. Avoid express checkout options (Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay) as these skip the sign-in step

  3. Proceed through checkout

  4. Your available credits will automatically appear as a payment option

What you'll see: If you're not signed in, credits won't appear. After signing in, you'll see your balance displayed as a payment method.
