Checkout+ Package Protection & Free Returns Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free returns and package protection for your order.  Note: Free Return Shipping is not available for "Final Sale" items. By purchasing Checkout+ with your order, you will receive: - Free Return Shipping – If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered. Only applicable to non-final sale items. - Waived Return Fee – Returns for a refund without Checkout+ incur a 10% per item fee. - Package Protection – If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost. This is the only option available for Final Sale products. Free Return Shipping with Checkout+* When you purchase Checkout+, Imperfects will cover any shipping cost associated with returns or exchanges for this order. Please view our Return & Exchange Policy here. If you opt-out of Checkout+, you can still return or exchange any eligible items within the return window, but you will be charged for a shipping label and any refund fees. - Checkout+ Free Returns applies to all items in your order except for Final Sale items. - Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. - Final Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns. - If you purchased Checkout+, your return shipping is free of charge. Additional fees may apply for carrier pickup services. Package Protection with Checkout+ When you purchase Checkout+ with your order, your package is protected against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Package Protection is available alongside Free Return Shipping on full priced orders and as a standalone offering for any items marked as Final Sale. If your package is: - Lost or Stolen – Submit a claim, and upon approval, you will receive a replacement item at no extra charge. - Damaged in Transit – If your item arrives damaged, file a claim, and if approved, you will receive a replacement item for free. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, you may be offered a swap item, store credit, or a refund.
