Where can I find my rewards?

Locating your Rewards points and Rewards vouchers is easy, simply follow our step-by-step guide below to use your NIO Rewards 1. Log in to your account as normal 2. Head to the Rewards tab 3. How do discount vouchers work?

You collect 10 NIO Reward points for every £1 spent on each purchase. You can then redeem your points in your NIO Rewards account for discount vouchers at checkout. 500 points = plant 5 trees with our partners at Verdn 1,000 points = £10 voucher 2,000 points = £20 voucher 3,000 points = £30 voucher 5,000 points = £50 voucher

How do I create a discount voucher?

Creating a discount voucher is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below to create your discount voucher. 1. Log in to your account as normal 2. Head to the Rewards tab 3. Locate the Rewards carousel at the top of the page  4. Swipe across to see your valid options 5. Tap "Get Reward" and confirm you'd like to redeem. 6. Copy and paste your voucher code to the ‘gift card and promo code’ box at checkout

How do I apply my discount voucher at checkout?

To use your voucher or code on a future purchase, the following steps may be helpful: 1. Add cocktails to cart  2. At checkout, add the code into the field for the voucher labelled; GIFT CARD OR PROMO CODE and click apply  3. Proceed to checkout and ensure all the details are correct.  When placing an order you can choose to use a NIO rewards voucher code, promotion code or use your points instantly up to the value of £10 but only one discount can be applied with each order.  I hope this helps and please do let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

How does refer a friend work?

Share your unique referral code with a friend to give them £10 off their first order when they spend over £39. You’ll then get £10 worth of points to spend on your next order. You can find this below your ‘active reward’ codes.

When do I receive my points after referring a friend?

To receive the points from your referral, the referred friend must use your code at checkout and meet the minimum spend of £39 per order.

Why haven’t I received my voucher?

Your voucher codes can be found in your active rewards, just click ‘view’ to copy and paste your code to checkout. You can also redeem your voucher through your ‘You’ve Received a NIO Reward’ email we sent to you.

Why can’t I apply my voucher at checkout?

Please note only 1 discount can be applied to an order and each discount has a minimum spend. Please view the voucher in your account for the individual terms and conditions.

Why can you only redeem 1,000 points?

This is for a quick reduction on orders and for customers who don't have vouchers to also be able to save. If you have more points available your vouchers can be applied at checkout.

You can! If you've forgotten or need to update your password, simply select "forgot your password" on the login page and you'll be sent an email to update directly. Any problems, just reach out.

I've Ordered But Not Received My Points

For every purchase you make, you earn NIO Rewards points. But don't worry, your points automatically apply to your account 24 hours after your purchase. Please note, that you would need to be logged into NIO Rewards when placing an order for points to be applied to your account.

NIO Rewards Points Expiry - Everything you need to know!

NIO Rewards: how your points work Every NIO Rewards point you earn brings you a little closer to your next round on us. To keep the bar well stocked and the experience worth raising a glass to, unused points come with a shelf life. This lets us reinvest their value straight back into the brand you love: new cocktails to discover, a smoother service, and more reasons to make a NIO your pour of choice. How long do my points last? Each batch of points you earn stays active for 12 months from the day you earn it. Your points don't all share one clock. The points you collected in, say, March keep their own 12-month window, and the ones you earn in April keep theirs. Spend them within those 12 months and they're yours to enjoy. Leave a batch unused past its window and it will quietly expire. Placing a new order earns you fresh points with a brand-new 12-month window, so there's always a reason to come back to the bar. Will I get a heads-up before they expire? Yes. As long as we have a valid email address for you, we'll send a friendly reminder 30 days before any points are due to expire. That gives you plenty of time to put them to good use, whether it's a birthday, an engagement, a wedding, or simply a Friday that deserves a proper cocktail. How do I earn points? There are plenty of ways to top up your balance: - 10 points for every £1 you spend with us - 150 points for creating a NIO Rewards account - 150 points for subscribing to NIO Cocktails - 1,000 points for referring a friend - 50 points for liking us on Facebook - 50 points for following us on Instagram - 50 points as a birthday gift from us What can I redeem them for? Turn your points into money off your next order: - 1,000 points = £10 voucher - 2,000 points = £20 voucher - 3,000 points = £30 voucher - 5,000 points = £50 voucher Prefer to dip into your balance as you go? Redeem at checkout at 100 points per £1, so even a smaller pot of points never goes to waste. Vouchers are yours alone: only the customer who redeems them can use them.
