Order Stages

Order Shipping — The order is handed over to the shipping company, and you will receive the tracking number and the shipping company name via SMS and email.
Delivery — The shipping representative will contact you before delivery to the specified address.
What to do upon receipt
Inspect the outer packaging of the shipment upon receipt, and notify us immediately of any visible damage.
You have the right to refuse to receive the shipment if the outer packaging is clearly damaged.
If you find any shortage or error in the received products, contact us within 48 hours.
