Consumer Rights
According to the Saudi E-Commerce Law, the consumer has the right to return the product and receive a full refund within 15 days from the date of receipt if the product is defective or different from what is described, without bearing any shipping costs.
Steps to Request a Return or Exchange
First — Send the order number and photos of the product.
Second — The team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days and inform you of the decision and pick-up procedures.
Third — We will coordinate the pickup of the product within the Kingdom, and shipping is free if the defect is on our part.
Fourth — The product is inspected upon arrival, then the amount is refunded to the original payment method or the replacement is shipped.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before shipping by contacting us directly. After shipping, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the product after receipt in accordance with the return policy above.
