When will my Firefly Recovery devices ship?

Free Shipping: Your Firefly devices will be sent USPS Ground Advantage from Southern California. We aim to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours M-F, and on Monday if ordered over the weekend. Rush Shipping: We aim to ship rush orders the same day when orders are placed before 1:00 PST. Orders placed after 1 pm PST will ship the next business day and weekend rush orders will ship on Monday. Saturday delivery is not calculated in shipping estimates, so when ordering please calculate your shipping speed accordingly.

Do you have a return policy?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Firefly devices within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions in our Return Policy.
