Fulfillment centers and shipping cutoff times
Orders ship from our California or East Coast fulfillment center based on destination and inventory. The order cutoff is 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time for the East Coast center and 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time for California; these times already include the 30-minute processing delay. Orders placed after the applicable cutoff ship the next business day. Friday orders placed after cutoff ship Monday unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they ship the next business day.
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to ship orders placed before the applicable cutoff the same business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Free Shipping
Free shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Rush Shipping
Rush orders follow the same fulfillment-center cutoff times. Shipping speed is calculated from the ship date, not the order date. Weekends and holidays are not counted in FedEx or UPS delivery estimates, including Saturday delivery.
