Here's what to do:

Check around your property — couriers sometimes leave parcels in a safe spot (behind a bin, side gate, letterbox) without always noting it in the tracking

Check with neighbours — occasionally parcels are left next door by mistake

Check your tracking details — confirm the delivery address on the order was correct
If you've done all of the above and your parcel is still nowhere to be found, contact us at support@etrnl.com.au with your order number and we'll lodge an investigation with the courier on your behalf. We'll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
