Migrating data from Enode Pro
Before migrating your data from Enode Pro, you will first need to download the new Enode app from the relevant app store
and sign up (you have the option to sign up as an individual user or an organisation at this point). You can use the
same email address as your current Enode Pro account or you can use a new email address if you prefer. If you are an
organisation, it is recommended to use an email address that is accessible to more than one person.
Once you have created your account, including entering the One Time Password sent to your email address, head
to portal.enode.ai. Log in to the portal using the email address for your new Enode account, or use the social login
options. If you haven’t created an account yet, download the Enode app and create your account first.
If you have manually created exercises in the Enode Pro app, you should check the exercise list in the portal to see if
your exercise exists. If not, create your exercises first before continuing to the migration process. You can see how to
do this here for individuals or here for organisations.
Then enter the email address from your Enode Pro account. You will be mailed a one time passcode to your Enode Pro email
address for security purposes that you will need to enter into the portal.
Step 2 is to configure your migration. You can select to import your saved workouts and when you want the data migrated
from. By default, the migration process will move all data from the creation of your Enode Pro account, but you can
override this and select a date instead.
Step 3 is to select the user name, you may have more options here if you are an organisation.
The penultimate step is to select which created exercises you want to transfer and choose where the data should be
stored. This is the reason to check that your manually created exercises exist in the new exercise library first.
By default, all exercises are selected and given an exercise where the data would be stored. You can deselect exercises
if you don’t want to transfer the data. If you would like to change the location where the data will be stored, tap on
the pre-chosen exercise, and you will be allowed to change it.
Step 5 is the last and requires a one-time password that will be sent to your new account email. That’s it. This process
can be completed more than once, but only from the point of your last migration.
