If you are completely new to Enode or you are moving from Enode Pro and want to get started with the Enode app, download the app from the relevant app store first. The latest version of the app has an orange background.

Download the app & create an account
-
Download the ‘Enode’ app from the App Store of your choice. Select your pathway (individual or organisation. Create a new account or use an existing one. Enter your email address. Depending on which route you are taking, there will be a different onboarding process.
-
A One-Time Password will be sent to your email address. You will need to enter this OTP to finalise the account setup.
-
Enter the app again to log in to your account.
-
Ensure that all Bluetooth and location settings are enabled for the Enode app.
Single user account creation
After selecting to sign up as an individual, the next stages allow you to connect the app to Apple Health and select which equipment you have available and any limitations you have with certain movements. All of these settings can be adjusted later if needed. The equipment and limitations will be more important if you have a subscription to Enode One+ and would like the app to create a workout plan for you.

Organisation account creation
Enter a name for your organisation and then use one of the signup options. You can sign up with an email address or with Google/Apple social sign-in options. The email address that you use should ideally be an address that can be accessed by multiple people.
Once you have created your account, you can head to portal.enode.ai to start planning your workouts. If you have come from the Enode Pro app, you can migrate your data - check out the migrate your data article for more information.
