Creating a workout

Whether you have a single-user or organisation account, you can create workouts in the application and the web portal. If you have an athlete login as part of an organisation, the view in the app will be similar to a single-user account. Single user (in app) In the app, tap Profile > Workout templates and tap the + symbol. If it's your first time creating a workout, tap where it says "Templates". Workouts created here will be saved as workout templates. If you want to create a workout on the fly, go to the training tab and create a workout from there. Add your workout details and tap 'select first exercise'. Use the search function or the icons to narrow down your search for your chosen exercises. Tap each exercise you want to put into your workout and then tap 'Add' in the top right. A single tap on each exercise opens the programming detail information. Tap the header of each column to change your programming preferences. Tapping the check box icon lets you add a rest timer, and the + button adds an extra block of sets to that exercise. Swiping left will also allow you to delete an exercise, swiping right will allow you to combine the exercise to create a superset, and tapping and holding will allow you to drag an exercise to change the order. Tap Edit to add more exercises. You can also long press on each exercise to delete or swap for another exercise. Hit save, and the workout will be added to your workout templates. You can always decide to add the programming part of the workout when you want to train. Creating a workout (portal) You can also create workouts in the web portal portal.enode.ai Once logged in, tap on workouts and then +Create workout in the top right of the screen. Give your workout a name, any instructions and add the exercises you would like. Tap on add block to add programming to the exercises, select block templates gives you the option to add predetermined programming based on testing protocols. Create an exercise

Creating exercises can be performed in various ways. If you have an individual account, you can create exercises in the app or in the web portal. If you are an organisation, exercise creation is performed in the web portal only. The process is the same as below, apart from where to access the exercise creation tab. Portal instructions are further below. *An important note either way would be that if the system tells you the exercise already exists, but you still want to create your exercise, make sure you add some form of variation - using the variation presets or by creating your own. Single-users To create an exercise, go to Profile and tap on Exercises and then hit the plus button in the top right corner. You can then choose the movement type. For this example, we will choose the chest press. Then you can select the exercise type (here we chose Bench Press), your equipment (here we chose kettlebell), and your position. You have multiple tags that you can select, as well as choosing if it is a single limb or bilateral movement, with unilateral you can choose if you want to track both sides separately. You also have a section where you can add your own variation tag at the bottom. Then just type in the name of the exercise and give it a star rating if you wish. You can also add a note in the details box. Hit create, and your exercise will be saved to your exercise library. Creating an exercise on the web portal (One and Pro users) Just like the process above, organisational users can create an exercise in the web portal. Go to portal.enode.ai and tap exercises in the left menu. When the screen opens, tap the add exercise button in the top right and follow the step-by-step instructions just like above.
