How do I transition my dog to Elevate Pet Provisions?

You can view the full food transition chart on our website (https://elevatepet.com/products/air-dried-dog-food-beef) under the "Food Transition" tab, but for Day 1 and 2 you would feed 25% Elevate and 75% old food, Day 3 and 4 is 50% Elevate and 50% old food, Day 5 and 6 is 75% Elevate and 25% old food and then Day 7 would be 100% Elevate.
