Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us at hello@capyera.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Can I edit my order after it's been placed?

Yes! You can request edits to your order within 12 hours of placing it. This includes changes to your shipping address, item variants, or quantities. Please email us at hello@capyera.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make as soon as possible. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, we may no longer be able to make any changes

I entered the wrong shipping address - an you change it?

Yes! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please email us at hello@capyera.com as soon as possible with your order number and full updated shipping address. Please note that once your order has shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes on our end. In this case, you may need to contact the carrier directly to request a redirection.

Some items are missing in my package. Where is the rest of my order?

If items are missing from your package, it's possible that your order may have been shipped in multiple packages. Please check your tracking email for any additional tracking numbers. If you only received one tracking number and items are still missing, please contact us at hello@capyera.com with your order number and a photo of what you received and we will resolve this for you right away!
