Returns Policy
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for returning items for assessment or exchange
and must cover all return shipping costs, including customs fees. Original priority shipping fees and any purchased
add-ons are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be sent only to our official return address and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Form. Returns sent elsewhere, without an RMA, or via personal drop-off will not be eligible for a refund.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Opened or unsealed items cannot be accepted due to
product integrity and health and safety standards.
- To initiate a refund, please submit a photo of the sealed product to our support team.
- All items must be returned in like-new, clean condition with original packaging intact.
Processing & Refunds
- Upon receipt, all returns undergo a quality inspection.
- Items with damaged or non-original packaging may result in a partial refund deduction.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
